One light, nine settings — the Round Halo 3CCT Linear Frame Light

The ecolux Round Halo Linear Frame Light (model LRF40-3CCT) turns a plain 600×600 ceiling tile into a striking ring of light. A slim aluminium frame in white (RAL9003) holds a glowing circular halo with a soft silicon-rubber diffuser, giving even, low-glare illumination with a decorative finish that a flat panel cannot match.

Two DIP switches on the driver put you in control before installation: select the power — 30W, 35W or 40W — and select the colour temperature — 3000K warm white, 4000K cool white or 6500K daylight. That is nine combinations from a single fitting, so one product covers offices, meeting rooms, classrooms, retail spaces, receptions and corridors.

At full power it delivers 4800 lumens at 120 lumens per watt, with a colour rendering index above 80, a 120° beam angle, UGR below 23 and flicker-free operation. The 50,000-hour lifespan and 5-year warranty make it a fit-and-forget upgrade for commercial ceilings.

How it differs from the fixed-output Round Halo (SKU 227072)

Our fixed-output Round Halo light is 40W fixed, 6500K fixed, 4000 lumens, 100 lm/W, 240 LEDs, 30,000-hour life and a 3-year warranty. This 3CCT version is a different, higher-specification product:

Compatibility & installation

Designed to fit a standard 600×600mm ceiling grid tile. Mains input 220–240V, 50/60Hz. Indoor use only (IP20). Set the power and CCT DIP switches on the driver before installation to the setting you want. Non-dimmable — do not connect to a dimmer. Installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician in accordance with local wiring regulations.

How bright is it?

Does it fit a standard suspended ceiling?
Yes — the frame is 591mm long and designed to fit a standard 600×600mm ceiling grid tile.

Is it dimmable?
No. The LRF40-3CCT is non-dimmable. Brightness is adjusted by selecting 30W, 35W or 40W on the driver DIP switch.

Is it suitable for bathrooms or outdoor use?
No. It is rated IP20 for indoor use only.

What is the warranty?
5 years. The rated lifespan is 50,000 hours.

Does it come with accessories or mounting hardware?
No — the supplier datasheet lists accessories as "None". The light is supplied as a single unit with its driver and connectors.
