Dot-free, seamless light. The 5m COB LED Strip Light uses chip-on-board technology for a continuous line of light with no visible dots — perfect for under-cabinet lighting, cove lighting, TV backlighting, shelving, wardrobes and accent lighting. The 5 m reel is cuttable every 5 cm at the marked points, so you can size it exactly to your project.

Per-metre note: all wattage and brightness parameters are tested per metre and are subject to a ±10% tolerance (supplier datasheet).

Power supply note: a 24V DC power supply is required and is sold separately. Do not use a power supply with a higher output voltage than specified. Do not energise a coiled or packaged strip for longer than one minute. Do not cover the strip during operation. Do not apply chemical solvents to the silicone coating.

Data notes: SKU EXC001 / EXC002 / EXC003 are the model numbers stated in the supplier datasheets (primary source). The supplier price list lists the same products as EX001 / EX002 / EX003 at £7.25 cost; the cost used here is that closest price-list match. The price list states “480LM”, which conflicts with the datasheet’s 1050 lm/m — 480 is the LED count, so the datasheet’s 1050 lm/m is used. The datasheet spec table states “minimum cutting length 5m”, an obvious typo; the wiring diagram states 0.05 m and the size states 5 cm/cut, so 0.05 m (5 cm) is used.
